Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an invoice in PDF format by email. Can't find it? Search your email for "Rolio invoice".
As soon as the order is processed by us you will receive the track & trace code by email. Check your spam folder carefully!
It may have been delivered to the neighbors. Not to the neighbors? Sometimes it happens that the delivery is shown as delivered by PostNL while it is still on its way (and was delayed). So it is still possible that your order is close to its destination.
This seems to be happening more often lately, very annoying. Please wait a little longer. The order will most likely arrive soon. If it still hasn't arrived after 2 days, please contact us.
Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium: Orders placed before 10:00 PM on a working day will be delivered the next day.
All orders are sent via PostNL. The vast majority of orders are sent via a letterbox package. This means that you probably do not have to stay home for your order.
Returns are easy within 30 days. Send us a message and we will ensure a smooth return process.
